Hubert Savage
January 16, 1928 – April 24, 2026
Hubert William Savage passed peacefully on April 24, 2026. Hugh was born in Alberta and grew up in Manitoba. After university he spent 3 years teaching in Ethiopia. He then pursued further studies and became faculty at the University of Saskatchewan in the College of Education.
Hugh married Clem (McNern) in 1951. They had six children and 11 grandchildren. In 1995 Hugh married Ethel Quiring and they spent their retirement years together. In his last years he enjoyed many friends while living in Riverside Terrace.
The Funeral Service will be on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at Dalmeny Funeral Home, 139 3rd Street, Dalmeny, SK.
