I worked with Dennis a couple years in the late 70’s as an apprentice, he was good man, thoughtful mentor. My condolences to his family.

Such a sad shock. Uncle Denny was such a kind and decent man. He also had a wonderful sense of humor and quick wit that I loved. My love to the rest of the family.

It’s been many years since I’ve had the chance to spend time with Uncle Dennis, but despite the time and distance, my memories of him are vivid and cherished. His kindness, humour, and textbook role as a provider, husband and father, made a lasting impact on me and has helped me set a standard. I fondly recall a fishing trip from when I was a kid where his witty remarks about nature and fishing had me laughing every 10 minutes. In fact, I still use some of his expressions with my kids. I remember his presence always brought a quiet, humble, strong, brightness to any room. To Linda, Evan, Ruth, Michael, and all his grandchildren: my deepest sympathy. The space left by his absence will be a big one, but I 100% believe that Dennis is now in his heavenly fishing boat watching over and cheering you all on (and will continue to) throughout your lives.

Just want to express my condolences to Linda and family. I grew-up on a farm next to Dennis’s parents farm and remember many wonderful times visiting that family. I remember that Dennis always provided everyone with laughs. The Pady home was always filled with love and kindness. A great person has passed on to the next life and I know it will be difficult in his absence. He has however left his family with a great example, that of being a loving husband, father and grandfather.

I think I’ve known Denis my entire life. I have some many fond memories of Denis. I still remember him pulling five teen age kids skiing behind his fishing boat.
Denis was such a loving and kind hearted soul, very good friend to my family and such amazing man all around. You will be missed and forever remember my friend😢

I last had the pleasure of visiting Denny, Linda and the traveling cat 10 years ago in Phoenix when they were snow birds. It had been many years since I had last seen them, but it was just like old times, friends forever. I also attended Etaples school in rural Saskatchewan, Dennis was one grade behind me, but we had met even before he started school, as our Dads had been best friends growing up. Dennis was always one of the cheerful happy go lucky kids, always had a smile on his face. Which was his motto throughout his life. Sending sincere condolences to Linda, Evan, Ruth, Michael and their families. Denny will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Rest in Peace, my friend.
