Carol Ann Ejack
September 12, 1945 – January 30, 2023
We are sad to announce the passing of our dear sister and mother Carol Ann Ejack – nee LaCoste, born at Minton, SK on September 12, 1945 to Emile and Lizzie LaCoste. Carol was the older sibling and had to care a lot for the younger ones, always seen carrying one of them on her hip. She had many struggles in her lifetime and also had to battle many health issues.
Carol was predeceased by her mother and father, grandson Garrett, brothers Harold, Duane, Gerard and Alphonse, sisters Sylvia (Phil), Lucille and Gisele and her partner Bill Pankratz. Left to mourn are her sons Gary and Randy, grandson Brayden, brothers Roland (Mary), Gaston (Cathy), Jim (Shanon) and Marcel (Della), sisters Linda and Olivia (Ralph), brothers-in-law Jerome and Larry, sisters-in-law Jean and Mary Anne, auntie Mary Loffler, stepson and very good friend Marty Pankratz as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all who knew her.
