Abe Neufeld
June 19, 1933 – October 4, 2021
Abe Neufeld of Langham Care Home passed away peacefully on October 4, 2021 at the age of 88 years. Abe was well known in his home town of Aberdeen and Warman, especially as a long time Clarkboro ferry operator.
He will be dearly missed by his children: Jake (Lorraine) of Aberdeen; George (Lorrie) of Saskatoon; Anne (Ed) Giesbrecht of Nipawin; Marge (Les) Wear of Saskatoon; John (Leona) of Warman; Martha (Don) Hamm of Osler; 17 grandchildren, and 29 great grandchildren. Abe was recently predeceased by, and now reunited with his wife Nettie of 65 years, daughter Gertie Hamm, son Julius and granddaughter Vanessa.
A special thank you to the staff at Langham Care Home for taking care of Abe, especially through the last difficult weeks. A public come and go viewing will take place on Friday October 8, 2021 from 7:00-8:30p.m. at Dalmeny Funeral Home, 139 3rd Street, Dalmeny, SK. Funeral Service will be held at Aberdeen Hall on Saturday October 9, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Please consider Covid restrictions and wear a mask to all services.

We are so sorry to learn of the loss of your loved father,grandfather,and great grandfather. I’m sure there were many tears and shared hugs while being reunited with Nettie,Gertie,Julius, Vanessa and those he loved who were waiting for him as well. Heaven has gained another angel.
