Audrey was born in Ayton, Ontario, on March 7, 1934.  She was the youngest of six siblings.  Audrey was always full of life.  She loved to have fun and adventure as a young person.  One of her most interesting jobs was a telephone operator.  She also played first base for the Clifford Swing Skirts.  As a young woman, she left her home in Ontario to pursue her dreams of traveling out west.  She attended Berean Bible College in Calgary (1959-61), and the Child Evangelism Institute in Muskegon, Michigan (1961).  She began working with Child Evangelism Fellowship in Saskatchewan.  She met her husband, Lorenz, a student at Millar Memorial Bible Institute, while presenting the work of CEF.  They were married in June, 1965.  They began their life in Moose Jaw where they had three children, Nolan, Arlen and Cindy.  After leaving Moose Jaw, they moved to Saskatoon.  Audrey loved being a wife and mother.  She ran a daycare in her home for 19 years.  She had many home businesses; Shaklee, Audrey’s Awesome Articles (crafts), Audrey’s Bridal Supplies, and HTE (Health Products).  Audrey was a natural born saleslady.  Manitou Beach was a very special place for Audrey.  They bought a cabin in 1995 and transformed it into a lovely, summer home.  Audrey loved people and would often talk on the phone for hours at a time.  Another one of Audrey’s passions was scrapbooking; she left her family with a legacy of albums and family history.  Audrey loved to read, and her Bible was not far from her favorite spot.  Audrey loved her family with her whole heart.  Audrey’s love for the Lord was evident in her peacefulness and contentment in life.  She also showed her love for the Lord in her service and dedication to Him.

Your Word is a lamp for my  feet and light for my path.
