It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of our husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather Dennis on September 27, 2020 at the age of 87 years. Dennis is survived by his wife of 66 years, Anne (nee Hamm); their children Rod (Monica) Ens, Marcia (Jeff) Froese, Myron (Sheila) Ens, son-in-law, Rick Simpson; their grandchildren Jennifer (Mike), Krissy (Mark), Stephanie (Ryan), Niki, Zac (Kathleen), Nolan, AJ, Rylie and Keira; and great-granddaughters Fiona, Sophie and Ellis. Also by his siblings Bill, Orval, Emery, Amy and Mavis. He is predeceased by his daughter, Wendy Simpson and stillborn daughter Sue Ann along with his parents Jacob and Helena Ens, brother Edwin and sister Ruby.
A private Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Due to COVID restrictions the service will be limited to immediate family. Everyone is invited to join in the live stream broadcast of the service at the link below.
