Hazel Orianna Loucks

February 12, 2018 – October 7, 2019

Hazel Orianna Loucks born February 12, 2018 to loving parents Derek and Cynthia Loucks passed away very unexpectedly on Monday, October 7, 2019. Hazel lived with her parents in the community of Perdue and went to work with her mommy at the daycare. She was a little bookworm and loved all books but her favourites were Pandora and Goodnight Moon. Hazel had an adventurous spirit and loved to be outside. Whenever she stepped out the door she would immediately grab her mommy and daddy’s hand and head towards the swing set at the park across the street. She loved her puppy and her kitty. She loved to help feed her puppy and took great pride in being big enough to do this chore on her own. Hazel gave the most amazing hugs and she would try very hard to make every ones day better with smiles and laughter. Hazel is remembered as a loving, sweet baby girl. She is survived by her parents, Derek and Cynthia Loucks, her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and as well as many extended family members and loving friends. Memorial Service for Hazel will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Dalmeny Funeral Home, 139 3rd Street, Dalmeny, SK with a reception to follow at Prairie View Elementary School Gym, 205 Ross Court, Dalmeny. In lieu of flowers and cards, a donation may be made to the PICU Ward at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, 1 – 345 Third Avenue South, Saskatoon, SK  S7K 1M6. Arrangements entrusted to Katrina Funk at DALMENY FUNERAL HOME 306-254-2022
