Edna Ida Froese (nee Roth)
July 29, 1939 – March 24, 2021
Edna passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on March 24, 2021 at St. Paul’s Hospital. Edna will be lovingly remembered by her children Melinda Wyshynski (Michayla & Alyssa), Laura (Sheldon) Thiessen (Jocelyn [David], Rochelle [Donavon] & James), Trevor Froese & Brendan Froese. She will also be remembered by siblings Alma Friesen, Walter (Elfreida) Roth & Claudia (Gordon) Baerg. She was predeceased by her husband (Abe), parents (Peter & Martha Roth), son-in-law (Gary Wyshynski), brother-in-law (Dave Friesen) and nephew (Roland Roth).
Memorial donations can be made to ALS Society of Saskatchewan, 2430 8th Ave. Unit “C”, Regina, SK, S4R 5E3.
A public come and go viewing will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at Dalmeny Funeral Home, 139 3rd Street, Dalmeny, SK. Physical distancing measures will be in place. Funeral Service will be by invitation only on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at 2:00 pm.

I’m just today learning of Edna’s passing. The memories I have of that amazing woman bring tears to my eyes. My heart breaks for all the days you will miss her but I know how lucky you were to have her. For j a short time I was lucky enough to know her caring and I have held it close these many years.
