Billy “Bill” Dean Blackmon, born November 17, 1944, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 4:30 pm at Royal University Hospital.
Bill is survived by his two sons Braden and Bowman Blackmon; stepdaughter Lindsay Blackmon; and five grandchildren William Blackmon, Xavier Blackmon, Olin Stewart, Kavin Stewart, and Saraya Stewart. Bill will also be missed by niece Angel Everett and family; daughter in law Rebecca Smith Parker; and nephew Danny Joe Parker.
Bill’s Funeral will take place at City Centre Church, on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 1:00 pm. and is open to all. After the service a light lunch will be provided before continuing to Martensville Cemetery for the interment ceremony. To view the live stream please click on the link below.
