Its always a sadness to hear that another old friend is now sleeping in death–one more person to look for after the resurrection our God, Jehovah comforts us with. Isn’t Paradise a beautiful thing to look forward to!
It is sad to hear of a friend falling asleep in death. But in Bruce’s case it’s also a time to remember what he along with Rosaliene accomplished. They spent time sharing the food news of God’s kingdom with others. They drove a fair distance to share the good news with Doris Wulff. Despite her husband’s opposition she accepted the truth. Rosaliene along with Doris taught her seven children all of who are faithful servants of Jehovah to this day. As a result seven of us have mates with whom we can share our love for Jehovah. As one such person Thank You Rosaliene and I hope that remembering what you and Bruce accomplished brings you some comfort.
My first memories of Great Uncle Bruce were of his laugh. As a five-year-old, I thought that him and Barney Rubble from The Flintstones™ must be brothers because of the way that they laugh!
I don’t know a single person who ever had something bad to say about Uncle Bruce. I only ever knew him as a good-humoured, kind man. I am honoured to have been his great nephew and a member of his family; and he, in turn, has done great honour to his ancestors, his family, his friends, and his entire community.
Rest in piece, Great Uncle Bruce. You will be missed, and you will always be fondly remembered.
We were sad to hear this news. Our sincere condolence s to the Mundell family. May Jehovah give you comfort in his promises and the support of loving friends until you are all reunited.
