We are sorry to learn of Doug’s passing. I taught Doug at CDI when he was going there. May the peace that God alone gives be your portion as a family at this time.

My sincerest condolences to the family of Doug Funk. He was an ardent lover of Jesus Christ his saviour and friend. I will remember him as a mighty man of God who loved to pray for others whether healing or deliverance or any other burden. He was as great an encourager and as he was witty! He loved his “precious” grand children to the moon and back! Family meant everything!
Peace be with you all as you relish in the memories!

I am sad to hear of Doug’s passing, but I am totally blessed to know that he is in the presence of our Lord ans Saviour Jesus Christ now. I net Doug at Faith Alive in Saskatoon when he would lead bible study. Doug and I became great friends and we had many opportunities to fellowship at Tim Hortons. I am very grateful to call him my spiritual Brother. His words of encouragement has meant so much to me in my journey. Condolences to the family. What an honor to be blessed to get to know this wonderful man.
