Abram Fehr
March 23, 1929 – August 6, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Abe Fehr who went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 6, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. We were happy that he made it to the age of 93 years with most of that time being in good health. Dad married Anna Wiebe from Gruenfeld on July 9, 1950. He had a few different careers during his lifetime, but the one that he enjoyed most was being the owner/operator of the Sunrise Service Station at Mennon Corner along hwy 12. He would spend many hours servicing vehicles and farm equipment until sadly, a fire destroyed his business in February 1975. In his later years, Dad spent his time enjoying many rounds of golf! After 43 years of life at Mennon Corner, Mom and Dad moved to Saskatoon and then eventually Warman. Through their 72 years of marriage, they were blessed with five children; Shirley (Martin) Loeppky, Marilyn (David) Burridge, Caroline (Eldon) Ens, Janet (Ken) Siemens, Glenn (Sharon) Fehr, 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Neuanlage Grace Mennonite Church at 2:00 p.m.
