Marjorie Eva Carruthers
April 29, 1939 – February 23, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marjorie Eva Carruthers on February 23, 2026.
Marjorie Eva Allen was the last of nine children born to William and Janet Allen. She married Del Carruthers in 1958, and they had two children, Donna and Roger.
Marge was an avid baker, which her family was more than happy to enjoy. She also liked playing bingo and cards while she and Del lived in Asquith, where they resided throughout their married life. They both lived at the Langham Care Home together, where they celebrated their 65th Wedding Anniversary, before Del passed in 2023.
A special Thank You to the wonderful staff at the Langham Care Home for the kind, compassionate care Marge received in her last few years. There is no celebration of life planned at this time.
