Norma Grace Pankratz

September 20, 1937 – June 12, 2025

Norma Grace (Peters) Pankratz went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 12, 2025, while she slept peacefully in her favourite reclining chair. 

She was born to Herman H. Peters and Susanna (Stobbe) Peters of Langham, SK on September 20, 1937.  She lived in Langham until she was 6 years old and then moved to Dalmeny, SK with her family where she attended public school.

She always loved to study and learn.  This along with an interest in the medical field caused her to attend Millar Memorial Bible School and the Nurses Training at Saskatoon City Hospital School of Nursing and she graduate in 1962.  She continued her professional career in nursing until her retirement.

On July 4, 1964, she married the love of her life, Aaron Pankratz, to whom she was married for nearly 61 years.

She is predeceased by her father Herman; mother Susanna; five brothers Clarence, Elmer, Lawrene, Art and Rueben; and four sisters Hellen, Edna, Irene and Ruth.

She is survived by her husband Aaron; brother Stan (Marylou); sons Laverne and Greg (Shari); grandchildren Joel, SaraLynn, Alexandria, Genessa, and Mackenzie; and great grandchildren David, Hannah, Johnathon, Natalia, Caleb, Brielle and Benjamin.

A Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Langham Evangelical Bible Church, 47 5th Avenue, Langham, SK with interment to follow at Langham Evangelical Bible Church Cemetery. To watch the live stream please click on the link below.

    Norma and I were classmates in Dalmeny HS . We graduated together in the same class in 1956. Norma was a Jolly , happy person to be around. I considered her one of my friends. Sorry Aaron and family for your loss of a wife, and mother.
    I would have attended her funeral service but I recently moved to Calgary, after Wes passed away
