Dorene Helen Epp (nee. Hamm) was born on November 21, 1933, in Rosthern, SK. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Dorene passed away peacefully at the Langham Care Home on May 12, 2025. She is predeceased by her mother and father David and Mary Hamm, her sister Alvera Boschmann, and her husband Gerhard (Hardy) Epp. She is survived by: sister Elaine Harder, brother Ray Hamm, son Donald Epp, son Allan Epp, daughter Teresa Epp, grandchildren Ryan Epp, Chelton Epp, River Martin, Michael Martin, Joel Epp, Aidan Epp, and great grandson Carson Epp.
The viewing will be at 1:00 p.m. with funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at the Affinity Community Hall (120 Railway St, Langham, SK). Interment will take place after at the Langham cemetery, followed by lunch at the Affinity Hall. Please bring a printed recipe that reminds you of Dorene, or an item sewn by her to display. Mary Ann and I send our condolences to the families of Ray, and Elaine on the passing of your sister, Dorene. Both of our families have shrunken to only two remaining survivors in each, so, we can identify with the sadness that occurs as each one passes. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
