Cecile Jean Marie Francine Panchuk

Cecile Jean Marie Francine Panchuk

November 11, 1988 – March 1, 2025

Cecile Jean Marie Francine Panchuk was born in Saskatoon, SK, on November 11, 1988.  She lived her whole life here in Saskatoon. Cecile became a mother for the first time on October 9, 2004, giving birth to a beautiful baby boy name Caleb.  She loved being a mom even though she was very young and found it challenging at times.  On January 7, 2016, Cecile married Jeremy Panchuk.  The two of them welcomed their second child on July 25, 2016, another beautiful son named Jamison (J.J. for short). He too was another love of her life.

Cecile worked as a caregiver for special needs clients and if you ever had a chance to see her at work, you would know right away that this was what she was meant to do in life.  Working with these clients especially, Jonathan, was something she loved to do and really was good at.  You could say that her job brought out the best in Cecile.

Cecile for a good part of her adult life suffered with Bi-polar.  Unfortunately, it controlled her personality at times causing her to have severe mood swings.  This would often put strain on a lot of her relationships due to her out bursts etc.  Those that loved Cecile continued to do so no matter what.

Just a couple of years ago Cecile and her family had to endure an unimaginable heart ache when her son Caleb passed away on October 29, 2022. As you can imagine, loosing a child destroys part of any parent.  After this difficult time, Cecile tried to continue the best that she could but over time her health started to be affected.  She already had type 1 diabetes which she was diagnosed with when she was 15 years old, plus being diagnosed with Bi-polar later in life.  However, issues continue to arise until it took her life in the early hours of March 1, 2025.  Both Cecile and her unborn baby boy sadly passed away.  This loss has been extremely hard for the entire family but especially for her husband Jeremy and her 8-year-old son Jamison.

Cecile was predeceased by her son Caleb, and grandparents Cecile, Raymond & Paulette Trottier, and Jean & Roderick Morrison.

Left to cherish Cecile’s memory are her husband Jeremy Panchuk, her son Jamison, her mom Lynn Trottier, stepdad Travis Pratt, dad Neil Morrison, stepmother Marilyn Engen, brother Roderick (Brandy), step siblings Brooklyn and Ryley and nephew Hudson. Also surviving are her in-laws Dale & Heather Panchuk, brother-in-law Jared, sister-in-law Noelle (Stuart) Kolla and their 3 children Ben, Emily & Zoe, her grandmother through marriage Eva Panchuk, step grandparents Bev Larson (Archie) and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

May God hold you in his arms Cecile and keep you safe until the day comes that we can all be together again. You are loved and missed so very much.

RIP Beautiful.

What a bright smile you carried. And you used it as a seed, growing smiles all around you whenever you could. The world is dimmer without you, but so much brighter by your works. We will all miss you, Cecile.
