Ernest Peters

It is with heavy hearts the family of Ernest W. Peters announce his passing at St. Paul ‘s Hospital on October 15, 2024.
Ernest was born on June 4,1948 to Peter R. and Elizabeth Peters (Rosenfeldt). He was baptized on August 6,1972 in the Hepburn Gospel Church. On November 15, 1969, he married Eva Bueckert. In their over 42 years of marriage, they were blessed with four sons (one married with children) and one daughter. He had 3 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Eva Peters (Bueckert), his parents Peter R. and Elizabeth Peters (Rosenfeldt), infant brother Willie, Dave and Teenay Peters, Mary Peters (Hiebert), Sam Fehr, his wife’s parents Isaak and Aganetha Bueckert (Quiring) and other loved ones. Ernest leaves behind many to mourn his passing.
A public viewing will take place on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at Dalmeny Funeral Home, 139 3rd Street, Dalmeny. The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hepburn Gospel Church, 706 2nd Street E, Hepburn, SK with burial to follow at the Mennonite Brethren Church Cemetery.
