Pamela Enns
November 4, 1961 – September 7, 2024
Pam left this earth peacefully to join her Heavenly Father on September 7, 2024, at the age of 62 after a courageous battle with cancer. Even though she was the one who was sick, she inspired everyone around her with her positive attitude, unshakable faith and unconditional love.
Pamela Joy was born on November 4th, 1961, in Morris, Manitoba to parents Frank and Betty Eidse. In 1969 she moved to Lost River, Saskatchewan when her dad took a job as pastor. There, she fell in love with the country, as well as her future husband Jim, who lived a few miles down the road. They were married on April 26th, 1980. Together they enjoyed many adventures. They lived in numerous places in both Alberta and British Columbia before returning to Nipawin, Saskatchewan to start their family. They eventually settled in Langham, Saskatchewan, where they have lived since 1987.
Pam was actively involved in her community and any activities her daughters were involved in over the years. She loved curling and was a member of the curling committee for many years and even served as president. She loved being outside, working in her yard and tending to her many flower beds. She was also very creative, and was always looking for a new project. Above all else her family was her everything. She was an amazing mom and loved spoiling her grandchildren.
Speaking with those close to Pam over the past few months there has been a common theme. Pam was selfless and was always there for you in a time of need. She kept you grounded and gave the best advice. She was a source of strength and encouragement for so many around her.
Pam is pre-deceased by her dad, Frank Eidse, and brother Garth. Left to remember her forever is her husband Jim, daughters Melissa (Jeremy) Kuntz, Jessica Enns, grandsons Xander, Elijah, Jacob and Bennett, as well as her mother Betty, siblings Angie (Brad) Koal and Tim (Rhonda) Eidse, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Thank you to the nurses, and her family of CCA’s on the oncology ward at RUH for taking such great care of our mom. She genuinely cared for each and every one of you.
