Dear Anne & Family So Sorry For Your Loss May the God of all comefort you in this Time of need Praying For you
So Sorry For your Loss Anne Yea though I walk through the Valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for thou art with me thy rod and thy staff they comfort me v5 thou preparest a table before me in presence of mine enemies thou anointest my head with oil my cup runneth over
We at the Mennonite Historical Society of Saskatchewan will remember Verner for his important contributions to Mennonite history. He served as editor of our periodical, The Historian. He wrote a number of important articles, including one on the history of David Toews. He cared deeply about the spiritual welfare of the Mennonite Church. He was a long-serving minister, who served in several churches. He walked softly and his voice was never harsh. We will miss this soft-spoken gentleman who graced us all. He is away, Anne, but his fine memories remain. Jake Buhler, Secretary of the Mennonite Historical Society.
Aunt Anne, Randy, Laurie and family may you feel Gods warmth wrapped around you.
Dear Family,
Verner was a model of gentleness and grace, and I’m sad to learn of his passing. “Life is eternal, and love is immortal, and death is only a horizon, and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight.”
Larraine and I wish you peace and many fond memories.
Lloyd Ratzlaff
