Maria Reddekopp
March 13, 1927 – January 3, 2021
On January 3, 2021 our mother Maria Reddekopp, passed on to reunite with her loved ones who had gone before her. She was born in Hochstadt, SK on March 13, 1927.
She is survived by her children Peter & Mona Reddekopp, David & Doreen Regier, George & Brenda Reddekopp, Dick & Irene Reddekopp, Daniel Reddekopp, Valerie & Ian Funk, and Harold & Tammy Reddekopp. She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren Tracy & Cheryl Reddekopp, Benjamin & Sheri Goertzen, Scott & Shannon Stobbe, Denley & Melanie Regier, Trishalynn Regier (Fritz Friedrich), Ryan & Jessica Reddekopp, Daniel & Trista Fertuck, Kyle Reddekopp, Jeffery & Dawn Unruh, Ryan & LeeAnn Tanner, Lloyd & Jane Janzen, Deland & Michelle Reddekopp, Sheldon & Mandy Reddekopp, Levon Reddekopp, Melissa Reddekopp, Tanis & Colby Houk, Mitchell & Amanda Funk, Andrew & Kristen Reddekopp, Shantal & CJ Boldt, Courtney Reddekopp, Carter & Damaris Reddekopp. She is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She is survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
She was predeceased by her husband Peter in 2011, daughter June in 1956, granddaughter Katie Funk in 1988, and parents Johann D and Susanna Peters, 6 brothers and 4 sisters.
A come and go viewing will be held Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 7:30 pm -8:30p.m. at Dalmeny Funeral Home, Dalmeny SK. The in church Funeral Service will be invitation only and held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Hepburn Gospel Church, Hepburn SK. Everyone is welcome to join in the parking lot to listen by FM transmitter at 97.5FM.
Interment to be held at Gruenthal Bergthaler Mennonite Church Cemetery following the service. The family wishes to thank the Warman Mennonite Special Care Home for their kindness and love for our mom. It was greatly appreciated by the family.
