John Dyck
February 8, 1935 – December 24, 2019
It is with sadness that the family of John J. Dyck announces his peaceful passing on December 24, 2019. John was born on a farm near Aberdeen, February 8, 1935. John is survived by his wife of 62 years, Martha, sons Rodney (Vivian), Preston (Christine), daughters Katherine (Robert) Mills, Karen (Gerald) Belsey, 13 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren as well as sister Tina (Walter) Wudrick, sisters-in-law Yvonne Dyck, Delores Dyck, many nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents John K and Anna Dyck, brothers Jake, Peter, Bill and Henry and two sisters-in-law Betty and Martha and great granddaughter Kailey. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, 7:00 p.m. at Dalmeny Funeral Home, 139 3rd Street, Dalmeny, SK. Funeral Service is on Thursday, January 2, 2020, 2:00 p.m. at Aberdeen Community Hall. The family would like to thank the staff at Samaritan Place for the excellent care in John’s last month’s. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 1738 Quebec Ave #26, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9. Arrangements entrusted to DALMENY FUNERAL HOME 306-254-2022.

Walter and I send our sincere condolences to Martha and all her family. We will always remember John with a smile, we enjoyed all our visits with him over the years, may he rest in peace and may God be with all his family to give you strength and Grace.
