In the few years that i had the joy and pleasure of knowing Willmer, i can truthfully say that i have met very few people with the integrity and devotion, the love and respect and the dedication and quality that he demonstrated on a daily basis. Never any animosity or with any guile. A true gentleman. I know that he will be missed by many, many people who had the joy of coming across his path. Blessings to the family, in particular.
