Arthur Lachapelle
December 30, 1943 – October 5, 2019
It is with deep sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Arthur Lachapelle. Left to celebrate Arthur’s life is his wife Elvera; sons Trent (Jackie) and Scott (Liana); grandchildren Jayde, Tristen, Brady, Carter; step-grandkids Madison & Hayden; step children Dawn (Vern) Fehr, Holly (Herb) Fellwock, Cherie (Gene) Teichroeb & David Rempel along with 9 step grandchildren. He also leaves his brothers Edmond & Armand and sisters Louise Lachapelle, Mae Lalonde and Rita Neidermaier, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Lucien, mother Madeleine, brothers Hector & Raymond, sisters Lucille Mireau, Yvonne Durbin and Alice Strelaski. Prayers will be held at Dalmeny Funeral Home, 139 3rd Street, Dalmeny on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 7:30pm. Funeral Service will be held at Borden Community Centre, 301 1st Ave, Borden, at 10:30am on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 with interment to follow at Rosthern Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to CCU at RUH. Arrangements entrusted to DALMENY FUNERAL HOME 306-254-2022.

Trent, Scott and all of Art’s family so sorry to read of Art’s passing. We were away so could not go to his funeral. We do have lots of fond memories of Art that bring a chuckle & a smile to our face.
